プライバシーポリシー

弊社は、お客様のプライバシーの権利を尊重します！

当社の製品およびサービスを使用する際にどのデータを収集するのかをご理解していただくために、ぜひこのプライバシーポリシーをお読みください。このプライバシーポリシーの通告は、当社がお客様のデータをどのように使用および処理するのかについても説明いたします。また、こういった情報についてお客様がどのような権利を持っているかをお知らせします。

こういった情報明細とその収集の理由については

1.個人データの収集

  1. お客様の入力情報：アカウント番号、ニックネーム、性別、タイムゾーン、言語、地域のデータが収集されます。
  2. 個人情報：APP起動後、誕生日、身長、体重、性別のデータが収集されます。
  3. 保存データ：APP同期の際、アクティビティ情報、睡眠、心拍数、体重などの個人データを収集されます。
  4. 着信情報：着信・SMS通知機能を利用のとき、着信・SMSの使用情報。連絡先情報へのアクセスを許可すると、デバイスが着信とSMSを受信したときの表示情報を保存されます。ただし、連絡先やその他の関連データは保存されません。
  5. 携帯電話情報：APPを使用の場合、携帯OSのバージョンや携帯のブランドモデルなど情報が収集されます。
  6. ネットワーク使用状況データ：APPの特定の機能に関連するネットワークタイプ、ネットワーク信号など収集されます。
  7. 位置情報サービス：APPの使用中は、[デバイス検索]に使用されます。位置情報へのアクセスを許可しない場合、アプリはデバイスの検索と接続を実行できません。これはAndroidの公式要件で、ソフトウェアがバックグラウンドにあるため、位置情報サービスを引き続き許可する必要があります。デバイスがソフトウェアから切断されている場合は、位置情報サービスをオンにして再接続する必要があります。
  8. ログ情報：APPサーバーを閲覧すると、サーバーは、IPアドレス、ブラウザーの種類、ブラウザーの言語、参照元ページ、オペレーティングシステム、タイムスタンプ、クリックストリームデータなど、記録された多数のデータを自動的に記録されます。
  9. デバイス情報：APPを使用してハードウェアデバイスに接続すると、デバイスの一意の識別子、バージョン、およびおおよその地理的位置を含むがこれらに限定されないデータ（非個人データ）がサーバーに送信されます。上記のデータ収集は、システムまたはソフトウェアの更新、元の工場出荷時設定の復元などにも適用される場合があります。
  10. デバッグ情報：問題の分析に役立つデバッグ情報をアップロードすることを選択すると、デバッグ情報がサーバーに送信されます。

2.個人データの使用用途

個人データを収集する目的は、お客様にサービスや製品を提供することであり、当社はまた、規制を遵守するために適用される法律および規制の対象となります。お客様は、このプライバシーポリシーで指定された目的のために、会社が個人データを処理し、関連会社（通信、ソーシャルメディア、テクノロジー、クラウドサービス）およびサードパーティのサービスプロバイダー（定義については以下を参照）に開示することに同意するものとします。当社は、以下の目的でお客様の個人データを使用する場合があります。お客様のデータ（個人データを含む場合があります）の使用方法の詳細は次のとおりです。.

  1. APPアカウントの登録：APPを通じて収集された個人情報は、個人アカウントとユーザーデータページの作成に使用されます。
  2. 運動結果の計算：個人の身体データを使用して、運動結果を正確に計算します。
  3. APPサービスの提供：デバイスデータは、関連データをユーザーに表示します。

  5. 電話がサポートされているかどうかを確認します。電話情報は、電話がAPPを使用できるかどうかを判断するために使用されます。
  6. ネットワーク関連サービスの提供：ネットワークタイプとネットワーク信号を使用して、さまざまなネットワーク環境で更新されたバージョンをダウンロードするようにユーザーに促します。
  7. 位置情報サービスの提供：APPの使用中、位置データは[“デバイス検索”]および[“天気”]機能に使用されます。たとえば、APPの検索デバイスを介して接続したり、位置最適化気象機能を使用したりすると、APPが正確なコンテンツを提供できるように、位置情報がAPPに返送される場合があります。

保管と保護

  1. 完全に侵入できないシステムや技術はまだありません。当社は、お客様の個人データへの不正アクセスを防止するために適切な措置を講じます。個人データの収集には暗号化技術を使用しています。

  1. お客様には自分の個人情報にアクセスする権利があります。当社カスタマーサービスに連絡することができ、私たちがお客様を助け、私たちがお客様に持っているすべての個人情報のコピーを届けることができることを意味します。お客様には、どのような個人情報が収集されたかを知る権利があります。この情報が何のために使用されているか、そしてそれが他の当事者に開示されているかどうか。お客様の情報を確認するために、追加情報の提供をお願いする場合があります。 
  2. お客様は、ご自身で直接、またはカスタマーサービスを通じて、お客様の情報を修正または削除する権利を有します。お客様自分の情報を削除したい場合、当社はお客様に関連するすべての情報を削除します。以前のデータをすべて削除した後、新しいユーザーアカウントを作成できます。 
  3. またお客様は自分の同意したのを撤回する権利もあります。お客様の情報を処理することについてお客様の同意を求めているため、カスタマーサービスに連絡することでこれを取り消すことができます。これはまた、同意の撤回により、当社がお客様にサービスを提供できなくなることを意味します。 

第三者

  1. Apple Health、Google Fit、Stravaと協力しています。したがって、これらの企業は、厳格な規則や規制の下で当社のデータベースにアクセスできます。当社は、ユーザーの同意なしに、ユーザーの個人情報を他の無関係な第三者に提供、販売、貸与、または共有することはありません。

未成年者への対応方針

  1. 13歳未満の方は、適用法に従い、保護者の同意なしにユーザーアカウントを作成することは許可されていません。保護者の同意なしに関連する最低年齢未満の子供から収集された個人情報は、できるだけ早く削除される可能性があります。.

What information and why

1. Personal data we collect

  1. About your information: We may collect and use account number, nickname, gender, time zone, language and region data.
  2. Personal information: After launching the APP, we need you to provide birthday, height, weight, and gender data.
  3. Device record data: When you use APP to synchronize device data, we will record personal data, including but not limited to activity information, sleep, heart rate, and weight.
  4. Incoming call information: When you use the incoming call and SMS notification function, you will get the status of the incoming call and SMS. If you allow access to contact information, it will be displayed when the device receives incoming calls and SMS. However, your contacts and other related data will not be stored.
  5. Mobile phone information: When you use the APP, we need to obtain your mobile phone operating system version and mobile phone brand model.
  6. Network usage data: We may collect network types, network signals, etc. related to specific functions of the APP.
  7. Location Services: During the use of APP, it is used for [Device Search]. If you do not allow access to location information, our app cannot perform device search and connection for use. This is an official requirement of Android. When the software is in the background, it needs to continue to allow location services: if the device is disconnected from the software, the location service needs to be turned on to reconnect.
  8. Log information: When you browse the APP server, our server will automatically record a number of recorded data, including but not limited to: IP address, browser type, browser language, reference source page, operating system, timestamp and clickstream data.
  9. Device information: When you use the APP to connect to a hardware device, data (non-personal data) including but not limited to the unique identifier, version, and approximate geographic location of the device will be sent to the server. The above data collection may also apply to your system or software update, restoration of original factory settings, etc.
  10. Debugging information: When you choose to upload debugging information to help us analyze the problem, your debugging information will be sent to the server.

2. How will we use personal data

The purpose of collecting personal data is to provide you with services and/or products, and we are also subject to applicable laws and regulations to comply with regulations. You hereby agree to the company’s processing and disclosure of personal data to affiliated companies (communication, social media, technology and cloud services) and third-party service providers (see below for definitions) for the purposes specified in this privacy policy.   1. Registering an APP account: The personal information collected through the APP will be used to create a personal account and user data page.
  2. Calculating exercise results: We will use personal body data to accurately calculate exercise results.
  3. Provide APP service: The device data will show the related data to the user.
  4. Show caller information: When you receive an incoming call or text message, the device will display the caller’s data.
  5. Determine whether the phone is supported: The phone information will be used to determine whether your phone can use the APP.
  6. Provide network-related services: We will use network types and network signals to prompt users to download updated versions in different network environments.
  7. Provide location-based services: During the use of the APP, location data will be used for the [“Device Search”] and [“Weather”] functions. For example, when you connect through the APP’s search device or use the location-optimized weather function, your location information may be sent back to the APP so that the APP can provide you with accurate content.
  8. Optimize service: We will use recorded data to improve service quality.
  9. Provide device management: This type of data provides management of bound devices.
  10. Improve software stability: Collect fault records for analyzing software quality, so as to provide better services.

Storage and protection

  1. No system or technology has yet to be proved to be completely impenetrable. We take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data. We use encryption technology when collecting personal data.
  2. We use email address identifiers and keep data anonymous to protect the privacy of the user. Unless requested otherwise, we are currently retaining data for the foreseeable future as it is crucial for the maintenance and improvement of the services. 

Your rights

  1. You have the right to access your personal information. This means that you can contact our customer service and we can assist you and deliver a copy of all the personal information we have on you. You have the right to know what personal information has been collected about you, what this information is being used for and if it has been disclosed to any other parties. To verify your information, we may have to ask for additional information. 
  2. You have the right to have any of your information corrected or deleted either by doing it directly by yourself or through customer service. If you want to have your information deleted, we will delete all information pertaining to you. You can create a new user account after having all your previous data deleted. 
  3. You have the right to withdraw your consent. As we have requested for your consent to process your information, this can be reversed by contacting customer service. This also means that withdrawal of consent prevents us from offering the service to you. 

Third parties

  1. We are collaborating with Apple Health, Google Fit and Strava. Hence, these corporations have access to our database under strict rules and regulations. We never provide, sell, rent out or share user’s personal information to any other non-related third party without user’s consent. 
  2. Your information may be processed outside the country that the services you are using is based in, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) where the standard of protection of privacy does not meet the requirements set by the European Commission. When transferring information, we comply with all applicable laws to guarantee sufficient protection of your privacy. 
  3. We never disclose any of your personal information without a separate permission from you, unless it is necessary for handling your order, carrying out your request, or managing our interactive customer programs. Information may, however, be disclosed if necessary because of law, a court order, or a regulation or request issued by authorities.

Policy towards children

  1. Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to create user accounts without their parents’ consent in accordance with applicable law. Personal information collected from a child under the relevant minimum age without parental consent will be subject to deletion as soon as possible.
